Can I connect directly to other providers not available on your network? Yes, you can cross-connect to merely any provider. Additional charges may apply.
How fast can I move in?
Same day if priority is requested, otherwise, colocation space is ready for move-in within 24 hours.
Can I send servers directly to the datacenter?
Yes, the initial racking of your servers is free. This includes receiving your shippments, mounting your servers in your cabinet space. Operating System installation and other configuration services can be purchased for a small fee.
How do I request a tour?
Please contact us up to 3 hours prior to arriving for a tour.
