Q: Can you custom build a dedicated server for me?
A: Absolutely! We can build what ever you can think of. Just ask!

Q: Are your servers managed?
A: No our servers are unmanaged. If you do not know how to manage your own server we recommend that you purchase management service from us or a management company. We specialize in top quality hardware at competitive prices. If we offered management service we would not be able to do that.

Q: What support you provide for this server?
A: You will have the priority line to the OCC at the data center for 24 X 7 reboots. We also provide KVM over IP on a first come first serve basis.

Q: Can you custom install an OS?
A: Yes!

Q: Can I custom install an OS?
A: Sure. Send us a link to the ISO and we will put the CD in and give you KVM over IP access.

Q: I already have a Windows license can I use it instead of paying the monthly fee?
A: Yes, as long as it is legitimate. If we type it into a search engine it must not come up on a warez site?

Q: Why does it take 48 hours to setup my server?
A: We check all hard drives for badblocks before use every time we provision a server. This is important to maintain a high quality of service.

Q: Am I allowed to resell servers from you?
A: Yes.

Q: If I purchase a control panel will you install it for me?
A: Yes. If you purchase a control panel license through us when you order a server it will come pre-installed on your server.
