What is included with your "Full Management"?
- Our management consists of 24/7/365 "round' the clock" support and proactive monitoring. We monitor various services and the state of your server daily, and have servers rebooted upon a two minute power failure, or downtime. We promise our clients an initial hardening session with one of our world renowned technicians to ensure your servers security. After this, we will install kernel updates with your permission, and respond to any technical problems via tickets, livechat, or telephone. Included with this, is your daily software upgrades and server advice.
Do you have an uptime guarantee?
- Yes! We offer a 99.999% uptime guarantee with all of our services. More information on this guarantee can be found in our Service Level Agreement.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We are a verified Authorize.net merchant, and accept credit cards directly from our website. This is our preferred method of payment. We also accept checks. If you pay by check, please note that your server will only be setup upon check clearance. If you choose to pay by PayPal, you must be pre-screened after fraud screening. You may be contacted via telephone during this process.
How long does it take to provision my VPS?
